How do I remove my information from the internet?

Why do removed listings come back?
Brokers rebuild profiles from fresh public records. An opt-out is a point-in-time deletion, not a permanent block, so we rescan on a schedule and refile.

Do you need my SSN or ID?
No. Name and general location is all a public-listing search needs. Delist My Data will never ask for a government ID or Social Security number.

Does this remove my information from Google search results?
Not directly. Google shows what the broker publishes, so once the broker listing comes down the search result drops out at the next crawl. Removing personal information from Google's own results is a separate request to Google, and it doesn't touch the broker's copy.
